What happens at the first examination?
We listen to your concern, examine your mouth and take an X-ray if needed. At the end, the treatment options, the process and the estimated schedule are shared with you. You are never pressured to decide.
Is my online appointment confirmed?
The appointment you create is a pre-booking. The clinic will contact you shortly to confirm. If you like, you can also send a confirmation message on WhatsApp at the end of the booking.
What if I want to change or cancel my appointment?
You can move or cancel your appointment by calling the clinic or writing on WhatsApp. If possible, we ask you to let us know a day in advance.
How are treatment fees determined?
Fees depend on the procedure and the scope of the treatment. After the examination, your doctor shares a personal plan and its cost in writing.
How is my personal data used?
The details you share in the booking form are used only to plan your appointment and to contact you. You can read our privacy notice during the booking step.
I don't know which doctor to choose. What should I do?
The Our Doctors page lists each doctor's field of expertise and the treatments they offer. When booking, you choose a doctor first and then one of their treatments. If you are unsure, call us and we will guide you to the right doctor.
